What Is The Pipeline?

We encourage all the people of our house to plug into the leadership pipeline. While not everybody will become a church planter or elder, we believe God has gifted every Jesus follower to lead at some level. With Leadership Pipeline, you’ll discover your gifts, and find a room of our house where you can best leverage those gifts to help people find their way back to God.

We believe in multiplying leaders, and we want to make heroes of others. We pair you with a more experienced leader where you’ll spend time as an apprentice leader. You’ll receive hands-on training, and ongoing support from other leaders in our pipeline.
